• To assist the Contract Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily activities of Housekeeping, Portering and other Healthcare support services operations so as to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of services to users at all times • Respond to customer’s requests promptly and escalate to the Contract Manager when necessary • Engage stakeholders’ customers effectively to ensure that expectations are aligned and all Key Performance Indicators are achieved • Assist in the preparation of monthly KPI reports, minutes of meeting and other relevant reports • Assist the Contract Manager to develop presentation materials • Attend meetings and coordinate briefing and training at work sites • Assist in the planning staff roster to optimize manpower deployment and utilisation • Assist in the supervision and audits of ground operatives to ensure compliance to SOPs and established protocols • Assist in the documentation of audit findings and implementation of corrective measures • Assist in implementation of improvement projects and productivity studies of new technologies and innovations introduced at the facility • Assist in the establishment of a network of supplier/contractor relationship to support operations • Assist in the efficient management of Opex and Capex with the Contract Manager and HQ
On-the-Job Training in Healthcare Capacities (3 months rotation) 1. Learn about the strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes for operations 2. How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally 3. Gain experience on UEMS Online systems and database management and record keeping
